Hi TokyoMarble! This is my first critique, so bear with me on this one <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile)" />
First thing that caught my eye was the phone on the wall. Looks interesting, but a bit too bright.
I like the shadow, just if you could add a shadow to the cord as well, would make the phone nicer.
The resolution of the background is a bit smaller than the puppet itself. Blurring it a bit may help sort this out. And it keeps looking like it's tilted on the left by a small bit. Also adding a smudged shadow on the wall behind it will make it nicer.
Other that those 2 points, the idea is splendid. Why not try a gray scale version of the picture, sure would make a nice impression.
